| That looks awesome Dave. Considering this was supposed to be a cheap and cheerful sleeper, it certainly looks the part.
How much does all the glass weigh that you've got rid of?

| what are they made from polycarb or perspecs??
like others have said i would paint around the edge. i also think that you should replace them screws with some kind of bolt, they also wont pertrude as much either.
looks good now btw has changed alot from when you got it
wonder how much it will weight when you get the doors done as well??

| Looking good Dave,
Are you making the windows yourself from blank sheet or is it a kit?
Its certainly looking the part now, well done! |

| The windows were a proper kit; 4mm FIA polycarbonate, I'd never attempt to make something like this myself, it'd look a dog. It's very very unlikely that the windows will get painted black around the edges as I'm not remotely bothered about how they look.
Drizz, the car will be left unattended at times, but security is sorted, it's just not pictured
No idea how much weight it's lost, there's more to come yet anyway
Thanks for all the comments
Screws won't be replaced either, once they're in they're not coming out. So it doesn't matter. They don't protrude through the tailgate due to the double skinned fibreglass, they only look abit harsh on the rear quarterlights. |

| Yes, had an idea worked out and everything. It was the lack of mount points for the pins that ruined it for me. Naemind, will stick em on the 'bay and get some money back for them |

| Markings on the cams is the model number; Kent Cams AST1612, basically a 'stage 1' type cam. Should give it abit more low down grunt though
They're sealed around the top edge and side with window sealant, and then fixed in place inside the door. It won't leak though, it's actually tighter in the seals than the glass that came out was |
