| My new project I've stopped kidding myself about my first MK3....
So. I went and bought this off Dazzi-GSi. An Astra Cesaro.
I plan to tidy it up, transfer the bits off the California and use it. |

| Cheers dude , but credit to Darren really as he gave it a good clean before I bought it.
First off, i'll be tidying the body work up. It's got a dented pass. side arch and the driver's side is a bit crusty.
EDIT- I've ripped off that Laguna splitter, it just didn't look right.

| Cheers Benn.
As for plans, the list so far is....
Replace both back arches
Clean and sort out engine bay
Ph2 Sport bumpers
Transfer the bits off my 5dr
Get a few bits of paint touched up
Then keep it clean and enjoy it, i've always wanted a Cesaro. So intend to keep it for a while. |

| Well that's the welding done, so i've a working handbrake again .
But I was shocked that something like that could happen. Common on MK3's? |

glad to see now you have a working car! |

glad to see now you have a working car! | I too hope the grass grows back , it's had all sorts on it (oil, anti-freeze, half a tank of petrol and Golf GTi parked on it) but it grows back and you'd wouldn't even know a car was there.
As for the Rear discs, they are on the car along with the correct dampers for lowering springs (shorten gas jobbers). Well there were sitting there, be rude not to use 'em.
Feels great to drive now, but i've got a fecked wheel bearing to sort now . |
