my corsa (long term project) update 16/8/7

this is whats done so far to my 1998 14 8v corsa 69k miles service history previos owner disabled tax.
starting to get the ball rolling but wont be the quickest project as i dont want to take it of the road so far fitted:
smoked front lights and side repeaters, badgless grill, cav alloys painted white, backbox, strutbrase and 60mm nova shortened shocks and springs( lowers corsa 70/75mm)

bent the exhaust last night so its lying on the ground at the min taking it of tonight and coming 2moro nite hopefully is
new exhaust
single wiper
wind deflectors and
eyebrows

hopefully all fitted except eyebrows by sat pics will be up

tookofthe exhaust itfuked heres a pic.it all dented in at back and split roun the pipe



also took look in below properly only bit of rust think it just surface rust tho so will be attacking that soon

look nice with those wheels... wouldn't do the single wiper, wind deflectors and eyebrows personally.... leave it how it is

looks good fella, i have the same wheels as your white ones on my corsa gsi! i only stuck them on as i sold the original gsi ones and i had them lying round in the shed (off my astra) but they do look good and decided that id keep them on they do suit the corsa, and im glad to see i aint the only one who thought that!

yeah, as said, i sold the gsi wheels on to a mate and the astra ones were in the shed so i stuck them on the corsa as a temp measure but recon they actually look good so as a last job when the corsa is ready to come back on the road, i will get them refurbed and prob sprayed antharite or black with a shiny rim.

Now you've done the lights and sunstrip TBH the wheels look a bit out of place! Maybe do them anthracite or black to match?

^^ if they are standard size like mine, then it'll be 195/60/r14, so simerlar to the standard gsi size.

ah thought they were 15s dont matter then, am tring to figure if i can turn the wheels with 195 60 15 tyres and 60 drop lol

nope i put 165/65 on as they haave smaler tyre wall. was the smallest tyre will i cud get in short notice

decided not to take of the road as when i started out with this we car i said itl b a project that wil be done without taking of the road. so bought a few things for it

only a nova sr steering wheel and black bonnet so far




still to go on are the eyebrows need paint black hopefully done this weekend or during next week
