| After speaking to gaz today he said he had no issues with the crank trigger setup so i am not sure if i will bother changing that.
Ordering 4 new tyres later on so i will hopefully get those this week and get them fitted any balanced.
Just waiting on the gsi loom ariving and the new autronic loom then i can crack on with sorting that side of things out. Just need a price off Leesturbo and Ryan for making me a new engine harness.
Also i am trying to sort out a better solution to the clutch setup i have. Hopefully i will have that sorted this coming week.

Not messing about this time dan! After speaking to Gaz i have decided to just remake my old loom (will keep the new one spare) and cover it which is now 90% done. Its looking spot on this time as well. I will have pic's by midweek hopefully of it. Just ordered all the connectors i need so i am cooking on gas.
Hopefully by midweek as well the engine shud be out (waynes engine crane permitting). Going to take a few days off next week to try and really make some good progress on it. |

| Rick, the crane is at my old mans house at the moment. I assume you would be able to collect it from Offerton? It's about 5 minutes from my house!

Engine is coming out as the box has a oil leak and i want to throw a standard trigger disk in there just incase the one i currently run has any problems when a full mapping session takes place. Shud all be practically done within a week. |

| Craig all the mounts will be going in for powder coating all been well.
Going to try and track down a equal length drive shaft setup if anyone has one they want to sell?
Also going to go to big hubs and shafts. Golf syncro bearings i need is it not? Front hubs shud be interesting as well as i am going to have the steering rods inverted when they machine the hubs for the bearings. |

| Mark Beeson(2) was the one organising the equal length Nova buy.
Yeah Golf Synchro or some form of Passat bearing. Rears isnt it? There is a more ultimate setup I've seen on Karl Rowntree's & Andy Bishops cars using a seriously modified hub with Sherpa van bearings... Hardcore! |

| Thanks for that info rodger. I will get onto them tomorrow morning.
Sourced the equal lenght shaft setup, just need the 2 shafts now (dave dixon hopefully) and the outer hubs.
Also think i have sorted a hydraulic clutch setup off a vectra so i will see if that can possibly be adapted to fit my neva.
Dropping the exhaust manifold off tomorrow to be faced on both faces and i will shortly after be sending my inlet off to be faced. Progress is looking good at the moment. |
