To be honest I don't exactly how much I have spent, i've done most of the work myself and guess I have spent around £18k including cost of car.
Wow 18k is quite alot of money ! But hell if you got it to spend, then go for it ! But all that aside it looks amazing mate, real nice job !

A small update,
Never liked the beige / cream coloured roof linning.....so I decided to dye it. Pictures dont do it any justice, its actually a lot blacker than it looks in the pictures!
The Astra has now been taken back to Spectrum Paint Worx to have some final bits of paint work done! Will get some good full pictures of the car as soon as its finished in the body shop!

not much of an update,
but have just got a Mk4 astra power steering pump, to temp connect to my current PS rack, as driving without out is a mare!
Obviously not using the rack!
Also just got this to connect the 50mm Tial Bov valve up
well, can find any room to mount the PS pump!! DOH!
Anyway just got the car back today, what do you think?
car looks really well mate still love the mk3 hopin for another 1 by the end of the year

TNH I dont think I have the room for it!
I will have to revert back the orginal plan, which is to fit a manula rack, and the modified corsa EPS colounm
At present its running only 11psi, I guess that to be around 280-290BHP, eventually when I get it finished, with decent custom management it should hopefully produce around 430BHP, TBH though I will be happy with anything over 400! I'll post up an engine spec as soon as I can be arsed to sit down and go through exactly whats been done!

Thanks and yes the colunm in the pic has already been modded (not by me though! I was fortunate enough to take this off of Giles's hands a few months back)
T o fit it obvioulsy the whole dash needs to be removed, master cylinder, servo etc!!! hence trying to find a quick solution for the mean time! Looks like I will be fitting the new manual rack this weekend! At least thats a start............

Just taken delivery of the new Wideband lambda sensor
This is because my Lambda bung is now further down the downpipe and the existing one no longer reaches.
part number 0258007057 has now been superceeded by 0 258 007 351 which is double in length....
looks very nice!!

a little update.
Finally got the harry Hockly and Vibratech solid engine mounts fitted.
Hers the rear one.....##

Fitted both Lambda sensors
On the look out now for custom management, Omex or Autronic would be nice...
