took my sump to work today and fully sanded it back ready to be polished, 
after a light buffing... 
after a bit more buffing...shiney?yep..
all done,ready for lacquaring at work...
Thermostat polished and lacquared, 
Best bit, my new cambelt and rollers(late set up)
Gates stuff(what gm use and sell) but at motor factors price,
big big thanks to rich at motorquip,proper funking legend. 
and got some blue silcon tubing from ebay...and a load of new bulbs from dom..lengend at www.picbits.co.uk
Doing the sump gasket and bits tomoz,
so more then...

| Too late now, you got the belt etc anyway. Gates stuff is the bomb (what I insist on).
Sump looks cool. The laquer may go dull mate, but I'm sure you will notice before anyone else does.

sanded it all at work on the orabital(sp?) then buffed it up,which was the harder bit,
