Who cares who its made by, its the size i'm thinking about. The one i'm looking it is a 7row as its 330mm long, which is i trim the ends down should fit... Can you do that size?

Back to my new hatch boot i've slowly been working on.



Test fitted, corner is damaged tho,



That's been fixed. Got a spoiler, what a mission getting that on and fitted nicely. Gave me the dog a few times.
All ready for primer and paint now.

At the weekend i lowered the car back down. Giving me this.. I like.



But running low means if you turn to much tyre and arch have a lil meet up and bad things happen and it did.
So... Small repair later..



Then after a bit her and there, i've bare metalled the arch lips off.. well taken off what paint was left as the tyres are doing a great job of polishing the lips. Did a little cleaning up inside the vents as well.



Took them to the body shop and etched and primered them.





No dent.



While in doing that, i picked up a new wiper motor to re work to get a better wipe. So take apart, cut chop and re weld. Then cut the pivot bar on the linkage to adjust the sweep and re weld.


Then break apart cause i made the sweep to long so it wiped off the screen...



Re build and test.. All works. Strip apart and paint so it looks nicer.

While doing that, i found/ Dan pointed out that the Corsa spindles sit up much more straight from the scuttle, where as the Nova one sits at much more of a angle. So i had to try and get them to sit with more angel.
Made a temp plastic shim up to test, works very well.



Have a much better wipe now.

Its not brand new? lmao.

Nothing really, there's rust where the grab handle has rubbed thru the paint so would need a bit of love, then found this one at such a deal i had to have it.
