Looks spot on ben, any reason why you didn't go for the Corsa servo? Would made a big difference I think, it really empties the engine bay

wow. One clean and smooth engine bay. Theres a nova round here with a similar thing done in the bay (not quite as smooth as that but not far off) with a XE on throttle bodies in and that looks pretty cool so a LET in there should look the muts nuts. I hope all the hard work pays off for you mate

    Re: My Nova's Rebirth

Finished the rack off this morning, painted the streering arms up black and fitted the new boots i had in stock. Just need to longer black cable ties for the bigger end.

Finished the rack mounts, these are odd as they seam to have a plated finish on them which doesnt wanna come off when sanded but when you polish it it becomes a bit see thru..
    Did more for the rack,

    Not the best pic..

    Arms painted, new boots.

Started fitting the lines. Worries me a little that the unions screw right in to the T peiece, but in the mc they bottom out on the line... Hope they will be ok.

    Lil arty..

Then got the rack in. New stainless nuts and washers.

    Just for Gav...

Have pulled my loom thru, and sealed the grommit in, then sat and cleaned up the loom and did some retaping. Got a load of P-clips ready to run the loom tomoz when i have some stainless screws.

Doesnt really seam like i've done alot tho

    Re: My Nova's Rebirth

Nice mate, rack seems overkill (flattery!) but cool. When you put the fluid in, for gawds sake watch for spillage from your T-pieces & hose ends. Mine were tight as feck, yet still leaked. Then you find you can get them tighter & they still leak, so you tighten them more & finally you might stop them leaking. I'm just thinking of all that lovely paint & hard work. So be carefull.

    Top job though.

    Re: My Nova's Rebirth

Thank you Criag, i will be carefully. Gonna check the T-piece to make sure its ok as it seams odd. Yeah i started off just going to re wire brush the rack to clean it up, then maybe just remove the casing, then ah go all out..lol
