What a small world this is.That GSi was owned by my mate up intill recently (when you bought it) its even got my old alloy fuel cap on it. Was only painted a month or so ago.
And the van was owned by someone else i knew years ago i think when he just had a valver fitted in with the cage and everything.
So whats your plans for it then?

If that is Sharron's old LET Van then i've read a few stories about it. iirc when they fitted the LET, it was a sunday night and they needed a few washers, no shops were open so they drilled a hole in a penny and used that...

And I owned the van before Shannon, and Learch before me.

To be honest, I thought it would have been crushed by now. The drilled 2p's were on the suspension struts when I got it and, to be fair, it needs that LET ripping out and putting back to how it was. Here are a few pics for you.

Giving my cossie a jump start

On the rollers at Well lane, it gave and impressive 152bhp at the wheels

It was a belting car, awesome for screaming the arse out of and the only thing to ever fail on me was a CV joint

Shame about the black nova - but looks like a tidy gsi - unsure on the flared front arches tho .
