| my new mk3 astra gsi...... turbo ;) been on mig for a little while looking, but only just got a car worth going out in! so i fort i'd introduce myself now!
my names ronnie court and im 21 from felixstowe!
and last weekend after 4years bein in the nova crew i went out and braught this! a 1991 j-reg courtaney'd 300bhp C20LET 6speed gsi!
took it down for a trip to southend saturday night and certainly got alot of attention! and suprised a few cossies
havn't taken many pics yet but here are a couple off me fone from sat night! http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/Image059.jpg http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/Image058.jpg http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/Image057.jpg
and here's a few the previous owner sent me! http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...keysastra3.jpg http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...keysastra6.jpg http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...keysastra7.jpg
heres a breif spec,
forge bottom end including arp head&rod bolts
brand new turbo
brand new front mount intercooler
vmax evo 5 software 306bhp
475cc vxr injectors
6 speed box with quaife diff
full leather not a mark on it absolutly mint, heated fronts,
18" alloys 4 brand new tyres
koni adjustable's and gmax springs
full stainless exhaust
have receipts for everything from engine to turbo
engine was rebuilt march 5000 miles ago
it made 261 bhp and 264ibft that was at 11 psi old superchip managment and standard injectors, the new software is set at 22psi so id say its well in the region of 300bhp now
body is mint condition, and was magazine features in revvs a few years ago, not sure if anyone remembers it?
and god dam it is fast!!!!!! first day i got it it was raining! dodgy/scary move moving from a 140bhp nova gsi to a 300bhp astra
all good fun tho and i love it! |

| Lovely car mate. Absolutely friggin love detroit f1's!! Got a set of 18s sat in my garden, 4 stud nissan fitment tho
Is it a standard turbo or hybrid?
If its standard it must be working at full capacity at 300bhp.

| THANK GOD you did the brakes.
I saw it at an RR session in hastings, running the turbo then and still running standard brakes and a few of us commented that it must be hairy with normal brakes and 200bhp!!

Bloody hell, nice car for 21,, But do us a favour and stop going down Chavend on a Saturday night in the beast. A car like this, doesn't deserve hanging out in the "Kruz sceeene"

| southends a good night out mate, there is alot of kruze cars down there but in amongst the crap theres loads of cars that are from passionford, mig, astrasport, vxon, and these are proper enthusiasts that couldnt give a **** about veilside spoilers, and the drive back along the 127 gets very entertaining after midnight. |
