I am not a red lover but I like that

I would open the front bumper up and move the plate over to the side as I would want maximum cooling with 300bhp.

    like this

You dont have to go to the extream of that but I would open it up to make full use of the intercooler

I remember the guy who owned this car about 6 years ago. Short skinhead bloke. He had a white ecowreck GSi before which I blew away once after a night in Southend.

    Lovely car.

    Talking

the first unfinished project of the weekend!

started lookin at fitting me brakes today! had a spare gsi strut so i set it up for a trail!

heres the monsters! 355mm (14inch) discs and widened jaguar xkr calipers!

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/Image041.jpg

    heres the start

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0067.jpg

the amount the caliper had to be spaced out, about 20foot!!lmao

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0069.jpg

here it is all bolted together

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0071.jpg

those are my old 1.4 nova brakes placed in the middle

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0072.jpg

and here they are sittin behind a 17inch wheel i had layin around,

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0073.jpg

which the caliper hits, alot permantly!

so gonna whip one of me 18s off the astra tomorrow night and see for the moment of truth weather they'll fit on or go up for sale!!

the second part of the unfinished project weekend was gottin some bass in the boot!

    made a new floor up

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0063.jpg

cut it in half to get it in and out easily and cut a resess out, will become clear later on

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0064.jpg

bit of carpentry here and there for the amps!

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...t/IMG_0066.jpg

and here it is! all waitin to be carpeted! (a matchin sub and box goes on the left aswel!)

    http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...IMG_0065-2.jpg

planned it all out so i can take it all out easily for when i wanna go light-weight and fast lmao
