    unless you have an induction hose that tapers down internally (standard one or samco silicon), i strongly recommend porting the turbo inlet exactly the same as you have the top hat

    you can take if off the turbo with just 6 allen bolts, careful with the gasket. help it off with a stanley blade

    yea was gonna do the turbo inlet aswell as i have the turbo off! but looked in the hose and it has a step down to it in the silicon pipe anyway!

    p.s check out my diary thread about uprated turbo top hat. i think it could be well worth it on your engine as you are running much more boost than me

    also if you fancy a bit more bling in the bay, theres a company on ebay called promotasport fabrication that sell polished alloy coolant header tanks and power steering resevoir for the mk3 astra.

    also got my spark plug cover painted today happened to have a metallic black mondeo bein painted at my work, so stuck it in with that

    still waiting to hear from the gearbox

    ordered a load of blue silicone hoses fro the engine bay too, turbo coolant hoses, long breather hose fron the rocker cover to turbo inlet, stumpy breather hose on the front, and radiator top hoses! so now will have a full set of blues

    as i only got a bit of a mix and match at the mo



    will be gettin some blue silicon boost hoses next week too

    Turbo tom off here did this to his kkk16 housing

    not too dishartened i gave it a wash lol

    well as still no gearbox, little done execpt put rear seatbelts in it! dunno why but it neva had any when i got the car, strange! but all seatbelted up in the back now! not worthy of a pic really

    so happy

    but still no gearbox

    the curly top radiator hose, which car did you order that for ? is it a normal astra gsi kit ? or calibra or something ? that will be my next set to get (got boost hoses, breather hoses and ancillary)
