jim had his unit broken into before christmas and several thousands of quids worth of stuff stolen/smashed/vandalised. his heart isnt in it at the minute he says.

Well where do I start with this thread up date?

Since I last posted I got a job then a new job then in november a phone call. I'd been robbed! Barstarrds!

The result? Tools nearly all my tools gone a lifetime of tools some passed down from my family and friends who are sadley no longer with us. That pi55ed me off the most....






Of course they went through everything and chucked very rare and pricey things around the floor and just fooked the place right up. I was gutted and I mean gutted!

I couldn't even bring my self to go there for a few months I was that angry. But lucky for me a good friends partner offered me a barn to use free of charge plus the use of a car trailer to move everything! Result! The notice went in on the unit.

After xmas a few bits and bobs happened to keep me away from my unit but as time got close and my good lady wife was about to drop our second child I set about the unit. Alas my trusted van bust at the end of Feb and was off the road for over two weeks at the garage as they tried to fix it.

Any how I set to work with a skip outside the house and on a mission to sort the mess the scum had left..





All the tools I have left in the world the ones on the floor in the van etc



MMMm some paint and stuff and whats left of my car.....

Well the I was told with just 12 days till the end of the month that the barn was off. This left me even more down in the dumps and fooked off! I mean I've got a wife due any day a unit full of gear and nowhere to put it! Arse! With mates like that who need enemies eh?

So as I'm about to start really going for it 21st march...










The wife gives birth to my son Andrew Michael!

24th of march I get out of the house and into the unit. I've got be be totally done and dusted for sunday the 30th as I'm back at work for monday 31stlmao lmao yeah right man no chance.

But I tried....







25th march the boys not feeding well and the wifes ends up going to hospital with him..

26th the boys home but you've got to be there aint ya...

27th FOOK ME 15-16 hour days.....





Getting a bit worn out now babies don't sleep that well.....

Like getting on for 10 at night primer at last a bit of paint!!!!

And the inside of some panels as the primer had like two hours to go off

Wow man I got like a whole four hours in the land of nod...
Spent the day sanding down and scotching down the car and panels then panel wipe then tack ragging then seam sealer. Fook Fook Fook man it takes hours to seam sealer a whole car





Oh look at this ready to rock with the top coat....



Had real problem with the top coat. I'd bought a devilbliss spray gun ages ago and I've used them or sata guns all my body work life. But could I get a finish with this one? Could I fook. In the end I used a cheap ass freebie gun that come with th silly amount of ebay paint and materials to finish the job. I snatched a half decent finish from the jaws of a total fook up

30th of March.....D day...This is it got to be out today no matter what. Oh and just to really throw the fooking boot in British summer time picks this day to loose me an hours sleep I hadn't had..










Well I bubble wrapped the panels and carted them off to my mothers now commandeered garage her heap of tat prius thing can go on the drive coz this is vauxhall.. I've totally filled her garage with stuff and skipped thousands of pounds of gear as I have no space and no time!

Polishing machines alloy parts car parts allsorts Gsi interiors all stuff that makes you cringe but time and space and plain bad luck mean bye bye!


Picke dme good mate Muppetsport up for shifting stuff. He's a good lad and didn't let me down in my hour of need! lmao lmao

We had many laughs at the car on a engine hoist swinging about. In fact we had many laughs at a lot of stuff swinging about on the hoist that day!

Got to two o'clock and I rang the guy with the transporter to come and pick me up. I kind of thought something would go wrong and his mobile rang out! Feck what now? It's sunday I'm stuck and no-one and I meen no-one of the many many people who owe me big time can or will help. I'm fecked.....










Way hey! The man rang back. He'd got razzed to **** Saturday night I'd spoke to him three times (he has a unit near me) and he came through on the day!!

Me and Muppet chucked everything else in me van. It's to the fooking roof but it's in. The unit is empty my car is at home my son is fit and well and my wife still talks to me!

Some how with sheer lack of sleep and a fook you to all the kicks in the nuts and set backs I got it done and home...
