I thought i could have silksmooth stable idle at 900rpm.
that seems impossible

The lambda can´t get lower than 0.9 at 900rpm, if i try to run 1.0 in lambda the engine does random stops at idle.
but if i raise idle to 1000rpm than i can run lambda 1.0.

i have reached the point where 1680cc injectors and DTA S60pro cant´do any more magic.
Well, i´m quite happy to run idle at 1000rpm instead of 1700rpm last year.
The car is so much more calm.. goal reached!

And flipping on throttle,,, well it´s instant 4000rpm

Finally!!
got it working.

Been fiddeling with Bosch idlevalve for a couple of days.(the '516' one)

the PID loops i found out yesterday worked the charm.

But!!
The trick is to NEVER let the Idlevalve to 'loose' the engine.
As i got light flywheel,clutch and crank my engine drops fast down to idle.
and the time it took for the valve to 'catch' the engine were to long.
Now i let the idlevalve adjust from 100rpm to 8000rpm
rpmband looks like this:

- = means a ****load of more numbers i didn´t remember *lol*

to reach 1050rpm idle the values in PWM map were around 84.5%
lower rpm = more open valve,max value 88% down at 100rpm
Higher rpm all the way up to 8000rpm were 82%

Now the engine idle´s at 1050rpm and sounds like an std XE engine with sportsexhaust, really cool actually =)
and yeah.. lambda 1 also

Just before i struggle with the door you can hear the calm idle.
when outside something happens to sound, it sounds like it´s back with one throttle intake and 2000rpm idle.
It isn´t,, somethings went wrong with sound.

Now i´m about to disassemble the car for paint.
