Dunno if i said it.
but i have an 'one way valve' on the pressureside of the pump.
this means that the fuelrail is never empty , so the pump doesn´t have to fill whole system before start.

Very cool mate!!!![]()

do what lee? If you mean priming then the mech pump is in the bay, and the engine has to crank while it primes, the electric one is in the tank and primes on the acc circuit.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming... "f*ck, what a trip!"
no there isn´t any function like this originally in the pump.
hence it restrics the flow.
But my pump is so oversized it doesn´t matter if i restrict it a little.
anyways,, i have to build a catchtank for fuel as the fuelpressure drops when accelerating..
.
.
.
.
hey!!! accelerating?
yes i have taken the car out for a quick run around the block.
at 1.bar of pressure there is no traction on cold asphalt and cold semi-slick tyres......
I felt like WRC cardriver for a moment there for a moment *lol*
it wen´t sideways hard when the turbo spooled.
this could be a fun summer at 2.2bars![]()
LOL , congratulations , you are now officially insanecant wait to see dyno graphs @ 2.2 bar , probably making around 350-400 horses already

DEVELOPMENTS
Niiiiiiiiiice, well donelooking forward to vids!
A minor setback has been fixed yesterday and tonight.
when kickin´the cluth hard the 'feather' in the clutchplate made contact to nuts on the outer disc.
have made more clearance to get more 'safety', will build a 'stop' for clutchpedal so i cant push it this far.
After some major fekkups with the clutch,, it´s working again.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbebH1pQsL0
went 'insaneswede' with it *LOL*
the clutch went bad,, so i smashed it with my hands..
oops....lol
I'm louder than gods own revolver and twice as shiney.
in short..
the Clutch started to malfunction, so i took out the engine and gearbox to fix it.
found a problem with the nuts on the outer disc.
solved that and some minor leaks on engine.
put it all together, tested.. no better!
then i went crazy.. smashed the windsheild.
a couple of days ago i found the problem, one of the sinterpucks had cracked so it made contact to pressureplate.
repaired that and now were back on track...
and why do i get so mad at this?
well,, toyota and vauxhall didn´t made these modifications together.
so,, just to take the engine away from gearbox takes about 1hr.
I have to dismount the clutch before taking engine and gearbox apart.
and put it together takes about 3hr..
then there´s rest of the work.
what ya mean theres not just 5 bolts holding it together i thought it would mate straight up lol i bet its difficult mateing them. good work tho keep it up....
has scrapped the sig with all the cars to do list!!!!! 3 novas i own says it all really
lmao mental swede + insane swede = nutwadswede?
