From what ive read its not critical to have equal length....10% variation is acceptable in a manifold of this design.
Personally i'm not overly keen on the angles of the runners merging into the collector....well maybe just the 2 that are still open.
Patrick can't you get a hold of an original PeterG item then just cut the t3 flange off and replace with v-band?

Rs1: The collector is like this because of i prior low rpm´s and the room to fit aren´t big enough on the height as i got fibreglass hood.
And an old Peterg won´t fit at all.

I suspekt i had wrong 'wolfram' electrode in the welder for this material.

And also one more time:
Peters first manifolds in any car didn´t look any better.
Once he built one he builded an another to the customer with higher finish.
It´s a lot easier when you know exactly where to cut the pipes and in wich order to weld them.
I haven´t got more pipes to build with so i have to use the 'first test' manifold.

It´s 3" outlet from turbinehousing but i´ve got 3.5" system.
i haven´t got the measures on the silencer in my head at this time.
