    dutch Corsa C20XE

    My corsa at the moment:












    Specs:
    Corsa-B GSi (original 1.6 16v gsi) 1997
    - KW coilovers
    - Brock B2 Supercup 15"
    - Toyo proxes t1r
    - Astra-GSI brakes
    - lightweight treatment
    - C20XE conversion
    - Chassis strengthenned
    - F20 Gearbox
    - Custombuilt Group-A exhaustline 63,5 mm
    - Group-A Sports-katalyst 62 mm
    - some body mods (grille mirros etc)

    use:
    - 1/4mile
    - trackdays (recreational)
    - home/work/pleasure

    2lt16v calipers (mine came from a Astra GSI 16v)


    Ferodo DS2500 padd's


    Sandtler Serie-S brakediscs (no fancy stuff like holes or grooves)


    Goodridge teflon steel-braided brakelines


    New original GM (opel/vaux) parts
    - bleedvalve's
    - nutt's and bolts
    - caliper revision kit's

    Dismantled the calipers completely and got them sanded and powdercoated

    then:

    Cleaning brake cylinders


    Goodridge braided teflon brakelines and alot of new stuff from opel/vaux note the made in britain sticker


    Nice trick to get the new rubber in place without trouble


    1 caliper finished


    After putting together.. new nutt's bolt's brakelines' bleedbolt's etc..


    Ingredients:
    Sandtler serie-S brakediscs (no more drilled ****)
    Goodridge teflon braided brakelines (also for rear)
    ferodo ds2500 brakepets
    Calibra 2.0 16v brake calipers, sanded, coated, fully revised

    some bits of the gearbox that could get annoying and the motorcode (legallity thing)

    high standard when is comes to safety / reliability yes

    but i could have done some more small things like spraying rocker cover and other small parts..

    i think this would be a funny color:


    also i do have some spareparts laying around to make pretty or optimize

    - original throttlebody
    - fuelrail
    - campulleys

    and i have a set of catcams cams.. but i kinda like the standard engine as it is.. low fuel usage etc..

    maybe next summer

    hey i can login again \o/

    hi all still got the corsa here and it's still doing verry well

    some changes made:

    - kentcams inlet cam
    - RR chip (by the former mantzel chiptuner)
    - oil catch tank
    - new sump (broke the old one :P )
    - mocal oilcoollerkit
    - NEW WHEELS!

    corsa now pushes 183,5bhp on the crank with some nice revving no strange dips or anything
