So an update today, did quite abit.
Sorted the red top battery and decided it would stay in front of the passenger footplate, I used a special securing strap I found in my van. On a separate note I must remember to get a new strap to secure my air compressor in there...
I used a rivnut to make the earth, seems to work well as all electrics work well
I then secured the mirrors, I can see out of them so that's a bonus. I used Flatout spec black rivits (cheers mate). Look cool.
I then got to work fitting my seat Ibiza front spoiler (95 model).
I fitted up my intercom, it works great. I can even connect my iPod to it and have a quiet RAVE... OiOi!
I wired it through the fuse box too
I fitted the gear lever back in, I used rivnuts this time (can you see a trend here?) so much better than nut and bolt
I've also fitted up where my center console will go, need to sort a bracket to secure the bottom but it's within reach and leaves loads of room for bits, gauges will more than likely go there too!
