lol, gearlinkage you say?lmao i can make the bars up but i'd need to have the car to sort the bearing in the tunnel bit...and the main cost in the hockley stuff is the joints, will have an investigate when the car is done
not 100% when i'm going to the ring this year, and havent booked any trackdays yet...

    anyways, a quick update
went to the garage today having finally got my hands on some side spacers for the bearing!
    like these

so, put rose joints in bars

spacers go here, see the blasted powder coating? that will not be a production model feature!!

    they're on!

bar is at a slightly upward angle, perfect!

and that means the car is on its wheels!!

i even got in a did the mandatory broom broom noises whilest playing with the steering and gearlever!

excuse the chavvy hat, growing my hair!!lmao
spent the rest of the evening putting brians pugeot back together, so thats all folks!

i wouldnt class that hat as chavvy. just because its a skipped hat? i wear one every single day at work and when im out workin on the car, keeps the head nice and warm for a start. it needs to be at a higher angle for it to be considered chavvy.

Tie bars look quality. Ive yet to see any powder coating to come from this country without flaws (maybe thats just local coaters?)

Tie bars at an upward angle? Is that from the tie bar brkt to the TCA end?

Btw. Whats the hose in this pic?
    it's a C20XE not a fookin Redtop FFS

    10 points stulmao pm away

and craig, a slightly upward angle from tca to cross memeber, will leave the bar level with a bit of compression(i.e braking)

What does that acheive? Is it a good thing?

Is it to do with the anti-dive (nose lift) geometry?

just ordered my sensors for the dash anyone thoinking of getting an AIM i would reccomend going to aim-tec rather than dataspares, they are much more helpful and friendly, and their sensors are cheaper!!

Yes, maybe if I had of clicked on the link I would of noticed that doh.

Been quoted some ridiculous money by Stack to have some work carried out.
