£190 delivered for a C20LET (pot type)

thats the one.....lol, fitted straight on, the only little thing i had to do when fitting it was drill out the mounting holes for the clutch press plate by about 1/2mm which was a piece of cake on the pillar drill, that was due to the studs either being slightly larger, or the clutch holes not being quite big enough, it would have went on with force but i didnt wanna do that!!

Yeah quite possible they flywheels are all speced this way for strength. some plates may need modding, but most fit perfect

yeah well it wasnt a problem, i could have done it with a file it was such a small amount, but did it on the pillar drill to make sure it was dead central!

well..............finally the big day is tomorrow........MOT time!! spent abit of time sorting out loads of niggley bits this week...........washers, bulbs etc,etc. also got the side exit fitted on so its off for its mot tomorrow. Im sure it will pass, i work in the trade (wink,wink) but to be fair, near enough every bloddy part is new under neath any way! anti roll bar, bushes, ball joints, tre, cv boots, steering rack boots, brakes, suspension, tyres..............the list goes on!!

Hi mate just wondering what Radiator you eventually used, the Corsa Deisel or the custom made one?

in the end mate i used the corsa gsi rad, it was the easiest option in the end as i used roose hoses that fitted straight on to it..............and to be fair ive been running it now and its never gone above like 95 degrees even on tickover.......on the road it doesnt really go much above about 94 degrees

fort its about time i updated my thread.............so here goes over the past few weeks, ive mot'd tax'd and insured the car along with doing 500miles or so to get it run it! have had a few teething problems such as my trip fuse decided to pack up on the 1st outing (not good, ebay ****!!, luckily i had my tools in the back and just bypassed it), but all in all apart from the boost cut ive been chuffed!!

anyway fitted my new borbet "A" rims (firstly had them sandblasted, and powder coated gloss balck) fitted a nice new set of toyo proxys r888 tyres, they are the bo**ox too!! and last night finally got round to fitting my Evo5 software, NO MORE BOOST CUT!!! wohoooooooo

anyway here are a couple of pics, sorry they are very bad quality, camera was having a bad day!!! lol, im off to the fast show this weekend tho so will get some better ones there!! ignore the balck wings they wont be like that for loing but its all good when chavs like to try and have ago..........NOT A CHANCE!!!!! chucckle!!!!

in this pic you can just see the temp side exit, but im having a new one made next month, with a nicer "euro" tailpipe

it goes like fook....... well it should be nearly 300bhp now that the engine is alomst complete

new internals, hybrid turbo, filter, side exit, saab reds, 3.5 fpr, evo 5 chip, paddle clutch, billet lightened flywheel, front mount, 8.5mm leads, irridium plugs...................its just grip i struggle for now but the tyres help!!

Im getting mine thurs or fri and thats rolling roaded at 310 so that should be fun for grip.you running the f28 as im only on a f20cr.

well to be fair, it needs a good spec list to get that power.........mine is all in the thread!! so nobody can question it here is my spec, its pretty huge....lol but least i no exactly wot its got!! and after all that ill be suprised if it actually hits the 300bhp mark!!!

also ben wot clutch is the corsa using........ mines on a helix 4 paddle and there really rated good and there only rated to think its like 320bhp......... and that was bloody expensive too!!

will be intresting to see it, make sure you pop over i wanna get a look at it
