im going to order 2 new wings tomorrow as the old ones are dented and rotten, so will put them on, wack the arch liners in, need to sort out some tyres (any suggestions wot type are good?) urm then get the electric fan mounted and few other bits and bobs and then get it mot'd taxed and insured.............

updates today..........fitted new wings (as old ones had rust on them) so now has balck wings...lol, also fitted new samco boost hoses, in a different configoration to in the pics ive posted.............and yes peeps i have driven the car!!! drove it on sat and sunday for about 5mins up and down a private road, ive had it ticking over, little rev etc for about 30mins now so took it for a little blip down the road to my workshop to just check it boosts ok etc.......its an animal, need to get exhaust, wheels and tyres sorted then its off for an mot!!!

oh here is a vid for you all.......enjoy, the car sounds a bit loud but thats because the car only has the down pipe on cut off.......

you can hear i only drop it into 2nd lightly and it still wants to go!!!

Its that flywheel mate makes a huge difference!!

We just made one for a BMW touring car, and the weight loss over the stock item in 1st gear is equivalent to removing 1/3 of a tonne from the chassis mass....

no wastegate chatter at the mo, i think im gunna leave it like that for now.....ive got a bailey dump valve but im not keen on it so i myt end up selling it???

seriously youll be so chuffed when you drive it for the 1st time!!!!!!!! and that flywheel seems spot on!!

cheers for comments, shoud be on the road in a couple of weeks now, just need to get wheels refurbed, new tyres put on and ive got to get a cat 2 immobiliser or i cant get insured....DAM!!!!! but insurance aint to bad actually!!

samco boost pipes
green cotton filter
irridium spark plugs
2 & 3/4 inch side exit exhaust
Evo 5 software (still to come)
Apexi boost controller (still to come)
mocal oil cooler (keep it cool)
roose motorsport silicone hoses.........plus probably loads more.

hoping for 300bhp eventually

got some cut slicks comming for it too now to try and help with the traction problem lmao

Well not yours anyway as it doesn't have enough torque and weighs a tonne.

Nice work fella, I know a guy with something in the pipelines for the LET you'll be interested in if your after 300bhp, and you wont need anything more than phase 2

i also have a garrat turbo off of my brothers pulsar (t28 or wot ever they are?) so would only need a tubilar manifold and some new pipework, oil lines and ill be laughin!! lmao

its a good turbo too, holds 1.3 bar very nicely
