    Progress again, Have fitted;
rear brake lines, suspension, Fuel tank and all hoses, filter, filler neck etc.

Fully waxoiled every possible orifice in the chassis (used about 4ltrs of the stuff)

Interior wise im ready for the rear seats, Started making custom builds for the front speakers so there in the kick pannels, Got the mdf for my boot build (gonna be pretty neat when finnished)
Dash is all back in (havent screwed the plastics down incase of ellectrical gremlins when the engine is fitted and i can test everything.

Got it back on its wheels for the first time in about 6 months, and the rear bumper is on.

Engine will hopefully be available in about 2 or 3 weeks, So i hope to get pretty much everything else done by then.

Will get some pics later in the week.

Glad to hear the progress mate.
I need to get in gear this week after not even opening a door or lifting a spanner last week.

    Powdercoated rear beam/suspension etc

    Brake/Fuel Lines

Custom made shortened mirrors and single wiper that ive made.

My Custom speaker pods (Under construction)

Inner wing painted then coated in waxoil

Brand new GM front wings (stoneguarded, then 2k, then waxoiled)

Front pannel/headlight area, inside chassis leg all waxoiled

    Gsi rear bumper on

Dash with shortened gear lever, corsa b gaitor and momo race gearknob

Pics are a bit poor as theres 2 dismantled land rovers in the shed, so space is at a premium at the moment. Car looks bit pink in the pics and needs an extremely gd wash/polish.

Hopefully getting a quite nice spec c16xe in 2 or 3 weeks. Got another mint bonnet here and ordered an izuzu trooper vent (incase i dont like it i will have my mint flame red std one to re-fit)

Still looking for the bodies and management......

Speaker pods complete, just need a thin grey material (as close a look to the carpet) to cover them with.

Finnished the copper brake lines 2day (had been waiting to borrow a flaring tool from a mate)

Started work on fitting the trooper bonnet vent to my spare bonnet.

cheers guys, hopefully getting my c16xe 2moro, so will set about stripping, cleaning painting and rebuilding that this week.
Hope to have the engine in, wiring loom done, interior in by xmas, just leaving the bonnet/vent to be painted, throttle bodies fitted and mapped (STILL NEED MANAGEMENT BTW)

    Update:

As the nova had to be moved outside while my dads mate resprayed his landrover, i gave it a wash:

Needs a dam good tcut and polish, paint feels horrible (must be overspray from doin the floorpan)

    Got the engine,

And chipped ecu, mantzel inlet, loom etc

Will do until i can source some cheap mapable managment and an inlet for my gsxr tb's

Was a bit grubby so i cleaned/degreased it all, wire brushed, then painted

Rocker cover cleaned up and primed

In the middle of few other wee jobs, and waiting on gaskets, timing belt kit etc. Was gonna fully rebuild the engine, but on inspection it seems immaculate, no oil leaks, all genuine gm parts/gaskets etc used, oil is spotless, all water gallerys are clean and shiney. So just gonna put it back together (with new gaskets for the ones ive removed, and a timing belt kit, etc)

Have also been busy working on my mates nova rally car (his 1300 8v 130bhp engine is on the trolley next to mine)
Quick pic of the shell (which he has triangulated the cage onto strut tops, fitted proper seat tubes, rear diagonal and strut brace etc)

    Bay ready for primer
