They are sending the passanger door again today and have promised once again better packaging, not sure what they'll do. Lets pray this one arrives safe because they have refused to send anymore if this one fails. It would leave me no option but to have one of the other doors repaired and not gaurenteeing a good finish.

Gutted about the doors keith, they really are taking the piss now.
Have you not still got the doors off your old nova? Could you not use them?
One last thing, i dont suppose you have a spare set of the screws used to hold nova door cards on do you?

Checked rick, all i've got is the 4 i stripped off the car. I was sure i'd have the 4 from NDZ 1331 too, i'll have a look again tomorrow.

I received my nova doors and front wing from Opel Classics Parts yesterday. After seeing this thread I was expecting the same ,and that is what I got, 3 new damaged panels

The final door arrived today.
Once again, poorly packaged and destroyed by the courier. I would highly recommend that no one orders any panels from opel classics unless you can collect them yourself.
And thats what i'm going to do. On 27th August, i'm planning a trip opel classics in germany to collect two mint doors. Sounds a bit extream, but when i'm paying the guts of 3k to dip, e-coat then paint a shell, it cant have doors full of ripply filler in it. I might pick up some spare wings and any other bits whilst i'm there.
Sorry but i wont have any room in the car for parts for other people, i'll just about be able to fit the two doors in and not damage them.

Keith - you had the old doors dipped and e-coated why are you not using these if they are as minty as the shell?

They got damaged going to the bodyshop.
Correct. So there is now 8 damaged rust free doors at my bodyshop.
