Jesus they are just scrap. Would be suprised if the courier managed to bend the bottom of the door like that in transit tbh, that takes a lot of pressure to do that.

Confirmed today that they are sending two new doors tomorrow in express delivery, in new packaging which should hopefully prevent this happening again. If it does happen again then you'll find me hanging in my bedroom. lol

Well, the third set of doors arrived today with Ade. Bad news once again.

NSF door is badly damaged, two massive dents.
OSF door is fine, no dents, just two minor folds at the bottom, but is repairable.

Heres the NSF door and its packaging:





I dont think there's much point in point out how I feel right now, i'm waiting a reply on what they plan to do this time.

I would, but its peak season, meaning a £200 return boat to england, a £60 return boat to calais, and a 2000 mile round trip.

it looks to me that both the packaging company and the couriers are to blame, they dont look to be well packaged, they also look like they were in a ford transit that was getting chased by the police, while getting used as a getaway vehicle.

Coming straight from germany, turnaround is about a week even with express delivery.

Its not any particular individuals money I wouldnt imagine. Likely it gets written off as damaged in transit & brushed under the carpet.
