I remember buying a pair for my old car, the orginals always seem to break at the ends. Nightmare to remove / fit from what I remember.

    Project is looking sweet Keith...

I beleive the gutter trims are NLs now. Might depend how usefull your parts man is though.

Yeah the originals have a habit of splitting at the ends & then slicing sponges or wet skin when washing the car.

Good news - the shell is now fully e-coated and ready for collection. Just have to see if Andy Bishop can get it moved to the bodyshop now!

Yeah, its all happening in england, so i feel a bit out of control back here. Wish i could get a good poke round the shell before it go's for paint, but i've been assured its stunning.

I'll come and collect it in september when its scheduled to be finished, then hopefully start building it back together!

I remember seeing your last nova at the ring in 05 i think it was. Thats was clean, but this is just going to be unbelievable. Just been through from page one again

The finish product will be like its brand new LET nova that was made by vauxhall, but better without its rusty tendancies

I take my hat off to you mate, you really are doing things properly!!

Cheers! I just need to get my finger out now and start cleaning up all the other bits to be re-attached to the car!

Whats everyones opinions on powder coating? Some say its a brilliant job, others say it just flakes off and looks a mess.

Whats the best route to take to get a long lasting finish on my axel, tie bars etc?
