X20XEV Fault

[ECO16V]

Hi guys, ive encountered a problem with the cally (x20xev) over this past week or so, was driving down the motorway last sunday when the engine seemed to jerk/misfire and put the eml on, didnt go into safe mode, drove the 20 miles home without anymore probs.
Once home switched car off and went out later to do paperclip test but when I started the car to move it into the garage the eml went out as normal, did the paperclip test with engine off and only code showing was p0335 crank sensor, im assuming that was due to the engine being off?
Left the car sitting running in the drive yesterday and after a few mins the engine cut out, went to restart and engine turned over quite lumpily before eventually starting and on came the eml, did the paperclip test again and only code was p0335 again.
Started engine again and eml went out, left the car to run again and all was fine until the fan cut in and the engine stalled again, tested again and still just the p0335 code stored, started car again and eml went off again.
Anyone got any ideas what might be wrong?
