rear disc conversion on mk4 astra van

can anyone tell me everything that is involved in doing this? i have bought 5 stud hubs off a mk4 astra turbo but need to know what else i need to do.

Hand brake cable and you might have to make new brake lines on the axle as some go over the top and some underneath
