    Drop link problem? Can anyone help

    Right I've got a Astra coupe and it's been lowerd I've changed to drop links on it 3 times in 13 months and they have just gone again I'm wondering is there any other type of droplink I can use or any other way I can stop this problem it's on shocks btw any help would be fantastic

    hi sam. i have herd you can get shortened drop links for mk4 astra. think lmfvauxhall.com sell them.

    Are you using cheap factors parts? First Line ones last about 10k on mine, and it's not even lowered.

    Buy a set of gm ones only about £15 each trade I think. The cheap ones don't last long at all

    you can go scrappys find a vectra take them for roughly a fiver
    some small tube will weld nicely over them and you can shorten them to the same as your drop in the process
    as they say in the advert 'simples'

    Thanks for the help people and yeah I've been using cheep factory ones think the best option is to get some stronger ones
