Corsa B C20XE speedo not working

hello everyone i have a 97 corsa b that i have put a c20xe into.I have a problem with the speedo not working.The car has an electrical speedo drive and it has a cable drive gear box that is a f18.I have tried a set off sri corsa cable clocks can it still doesnt work as the plug in the back of the clocks are different and i have also tried to build the cable clocks into the original clocks but it doesnt seem to match up.can anyone help me? many thanks

if ur running a xe with f18/f20 u need cable driven clocks and the cable speedo too.

Wrong, elec box, you need a feed off an abs ring, and a pulse converter, elec clocks.

Cable box you can use cable clocks with the right cable, or elec clocks using transducer fitted to the box.

Not all have ABS, infact, very few do. I wasnt saying it was the only way, just the easiest keeping them matched.

@harkey87 basicaly mate, you need a transducer, and the correct plug, depending on your loom. Or your guna have to use cable clocks with it
