    corsa b, x14xe ecu fault??

It is my first time that i open new thread in mig foroum and i want to excuse me if my english sometime is wrong. I am surprised of, how much info i can get about my corsa but though I searched a lot through the web and i can't find anything related to my problem. I would be greatful if someone could help me in some way and provide me info.

So as i say in the title i have problem with my x14xe ecu. I get very often, like 3-4 times per week fault on the dashboard. When i go to my mechanic and read the ecu, the fault is the same ''oxygen sensor''. It is the 2rd time that we change this sensor and i get the same problem. So after that he said to me it is 100% that ecu has problem. So i got from market a used ecu and get it set to my immo. After a few days i had the same problem and the fault code is again ''oxygen sensor''. I can't be so unlucky and the second ecu have the same problem, i think it is impossible. It is my first and only car that i drive for the past 4 years, so i can say that the engine is running fine.

The only problem that i can tell that has shown is the fuel consumtion that is increased (last time i filled 30 litres, fuel lamp is on after 270 kilometers of normal drive in the city. But i think the high consumtion can also be justified because i have problem with the clutch now and has to be replaced).

Any ideas would be welcome though this time i have run out of money and i can't spent more money buying again new ecu, as the mechanic just said it is more possible to be the 2nd ecu faulty...

You'd need to get the ECU tested.

Could also be a wiring fault.

Are you using a genuine Lambda sensor?
For the love of God, please read the rules

I found a place to another city near to me. They check and repair ecu. I have send them email to see what i can do to send them my first ecu for testing.
I will wait their response to see now. In the mean time i hope to find wiring that can fit on my engine and ecu and test also if it is wiring fault. As for the Lambda sensor, i get it replaced with a original opel/ vauxhall one.

But the dashboard now flash even more frequently, yesterday till now 5 times...

Finally it was wiring fault. Two ground wires near the inlet manifold were in not good condition, more like cutted...The wires get repaired and everything is normal
