astra g 1.7dti (temperate gauge, outside temperate on console and heater problem

i purchased the car with the temperature gauge not working (cars fine though, runs upto temp and fan kicks in)

*temperate gauge does work
*outside temperate reader doesnt work on center console
*heaters only work on speed 4 (not sure if its linked)

Outside temp gauge is controlled by a sensor under the front bumper

Engine temp again could be a sensor issue

Heaters only working on 4 could be heater resister pack having failed
