    How to align Astra doors?

I've noticed on my 5-door Astra MK2 the door on the passenger side makes a LOT more windy noises on the motorway. Today I saw why, the seam at the top of that door is wider all the way. The one on the driver side is nicely narrow. It's not a tremendous difference physically, just a few millimeters, but enough to make it much noisier...

Besides the worries I have about the chassis being straigt (though it goes straight as an arrow) and all how can I fix the symptom? There doesn't seem to be any height adjustment on these doors.....

I think it is a production error, these cars don't seem to have the same panel making precision that most more modern Vauxhalls have....

Is the only solution to grind some of the hinges and fill'er up with washers after??
When advanced technology fails you need advanced personell using advanced tools and equipment to find advanced solutions... Somehow in either of these matters it keeps going wrong??!?

Pins wear mate hence letting the door drop more

Afraid that's not it, I've seen that before, here the whole seam is the same width all over the top of the door, as if the whole door is just lower. Worn pins will just make it hang down like a limp wing...

I've got a set of spare doors, will see if it's the door or the chassis....
