innovate wideband problem

when i start the car the gauge flashes 7.5 for about 30 seconds like its warming up then after that it will jump up to 20ish then down to 8 ish and will be all over the place when its just idoling , i know the sensor is fine as when it was on the rollers the other week we pluged straingh into my sensor and on idol it was around the 11 and was working fine for all the time i was on the rollers but now it is all over the place and within the space of a few seconds it can of been as low as 8 and up to 20s a few time then after this it will just start flashing 7.5 until i turn the car of and back on and will do the same again,


help please
