tie bar lowering to accept f28 on a corsa b

wondering if any one else has had the problem i am having after lowering the tie bar brackets on the front cross member and lowering the tca under the bottom arms like i have done with the lowering block. and now the steering is very heavy and it does not feel right at all. what are you ment to lower them by? 10 mm 20mm 25mm. or do you just lower the tie bar arm brackets on the cross member and leave the tca bolted on top of the bottom arm. any help and pics of what yous have done would be much appreciated

ive searched all them mate and ive lowered the tca under the bottom arm with lowering blocks and spaced the tie bar brackets down on the cross member they dont hit the gear box or anything but my steering is very heavy and does not feel right at all.
its had brand new bottom ball joints brand new track rod ends fitted and the bottom arms have had ploy flex bushes fitted. when cornering it feels like its fighting with you like it doesnt want to turn.i just dont know weather i have maybe spaced it a bit to much .
