astra 1.4 spi going to bike carbs, distributor wiring help needed

hi guys, im converting my astra to run bike carbs, its a 1.4 , ive changed the head,cam and changed from electric fuel pump to mechanical to feed the carbs
my question is that i will be using the nova sr dizzy that i had with the head and cam i bought, the problem is i did not recieve a coil for it
will i be able to use my coil along with the dizzy ? and if yes do you have any ideas with the wiring as i will be removing the origional spi wiring
i woul end up with the spi coil with ignition amplifier , the amp is the four pin one, if any of you guys could help me regarding the four wires going to the amplifer so i can get my car wird up and running i would be realy gratefull

If the Nova dizzy has a hall sensor, this controls the -ve side of the coil, the other side of the coil goes to ignition switched 12V.

the dizzy im using is a black cap early one off a early nova , the doner car it it offdidnt have an amplifier so im wondering if i nd one or not

The amplifier just allows the ECU to control the coil while still keeping it eletrically seperated from it. If the dizzy has a hall switch in it (it'll have two wires coming out of it) it can control the coil.

yes the dizzy has twowires coming out of it, cheers for the advice mate, not many people are interested in giving out advice my way, they just tell me to bung in a redtop and walk away,
