there are four bushes per arm on the rear, fun job to. Might be called a rear trialing arm bush.
I'm louder than gods own revolver and twice as shiney.

Just inside the steering rack gaitor there's a joint that lets the arm pivot to follow the wheel. Probably this as it says inner.
The rear bush is very likely the top one just behind the wheel, very common to wear out on vectras, but very cheap and easy to replace with the proper tool.

Windscreen will be glued in, so not the easiest of jobs.

You need to buy/ borrow/ hire the tool to press out the bush, you just wont' do otherwise. Only about £50 to buy.
The steering rack thing needs a very big spanner, it has flats on it to allow you to spin the ball joint off. No idea what size though, but my big adjustable only just fitted.

    Re: M.o.t fail help

for the bushes you dont really need anything special (i mean expensive), a large socket just big enough to pull the bush into and some 8 or 10mm threaded bar with a lot of washers the size (roughly) of the bush.. oh and a fair bit of wd40... still a pain to do but a cheaper way of doing it

does it have the auto wiper sensor on the screen, this could effect the price, but not to the excess of £700, try a company local to you, i had one done in a bmw x5 for less that £250 supplied and fitted.
