Front 280 mm. brakes for Corsa B

Hi, did a lot of reading, but everyone is asking what brakes to fit. My question is How to do it
My friend with Corsa B bought 280 mm calipers (I'm not sure from which model Opel are they) and Meriva 280 mm discs. The problem is that the dimension between mounting holes is 120 mm vs. 80 mm for the Corsa's calipers. Does anyone has a drawing of the adapting plate we should get? Or picture of mounting a 280 mils to Corsa's hub?
    Thanks in advance!

Astra calibra and cavalier calipers have the same mounting dimensions etc as the corsa so will go straight on. It also depends upon the spec of the car as to what brakes will be best suited to the car.

The brakes are from Astra Z22SE, and (as I was told) they have to go straight on, but the reality is different. As I'm not sure if I explain it well, the dimension shown bellow is 120 mm for the new brakes and 80 mm for the Corsa's

In an ideal world you'll need calipers and carriers from either a Vectra B or a Cavalier/Calibra turbo.
Please ensure all events queries are pm'd in my direction. Please be patient and i will get back to you very soon.

You mean these carriers won't fit at all? Even with some kind of spacer?
