Can anyone identify this Rear Anti-Roll Bar?

Its the top one in the Picture. I have stolen the picture from Giles who originally posted it, I Pm'd asking what it was but my inbox was full when he tried to reply.

I bought one the same as this without seeing it, after being told it was a Whiteline non-adjustable for a Mk3 Astra, is this correct?


I have googled quite alot of pictures and looked through various threads and this is the only other example ive seen.
Every other one, including Saab ones seem to have mounting holes in each end, this one only comes with 4 Brackets and 4 Bushes.

That's a strange one I have got a Astra mk4 estate one and it has bolt holes i'n the end no brackets apart form that it looks the same as urs

Forgot to add, it measures 22mm Diameter.

the top roll bar looks like my mk3 cav sri one, excatly the same infact and i think it was 20 or 22mm also

Hi Craig.
My PM basically said:

My photo is of a standard cav 16v front and rear ARB (top one in photo is the rear one).

The only 'upgrade' based on OE parts is to use cav V6 ARB's as both front and rear are bigger than the standard ones and the cav is the only v6 rear beamed car (as you know all calibras are IRS rear).

Can't remember sizes of the top of my head just just goggled:

IIRC the 20mm rear is tha cav v6.
Are you sure yours is 22mm, or 20 plus the paint?

I would google photos of whiteline ARB's.
Maybe they have copied the OE design.
Or....maybe someone has flogged you a V6 one by 'mistake'

It looks like its probably a Cav V6 or 16V one then, ah well no matter, its still better than the nothing on my car at the moment. I'm taking it into work tomorrow to be shotblast and painted...youve put me in the mood for redlmao
