check your earth straps mate
any lights on the dash?? spanner light?? have had throttle body faults and ecu's go down......
is your battery getting a full charge?
sounds like limp mode, probably the AFM if it's the 1.2 16v
theres a spanner on the dash yh, battrys fully charged and its a 1.2 16v. yh it is in limp mode be told copuld be crank sensor any ideas
yeah crank sensors go a lot but the AFM goes a hell of a lot more than those.
but would that cause it to go into limp mode, u know if i put them on do i avto do something to get it out of limp moe or will it go back to normall when ive sussed the fault mate
jsut to add its dual fuel got a factory fitted lpg system in
it will still be in limp mode but will reset itself after a few seconds and return to normal if those are the problems.
ok cheers mate i will try them tmoz, is the crank sensor easy enuff to get to on these mate never changed one before lol
yeah really easy, it's at the back of the engine under the inlet, get on your back under the car and you'll see it right away.
ive changed both the crank sensor and cam sensor to no affect, ill try the afm tmoz is there any think else, would puttin it on a diagnositics be the best idea
Madness just chucking parts at the car like your doing
Get the fault codes read and see what the problem is!
For the love of God, please read the rules

tried this test just but no flashing on the spanner does that mean thers no fault codes
is that only for fly by wire?
same problem when run on gas? or just petrol? unplug your afm how does car behave then?
havent tried switching it to gas its jsut constant running of the car from when you start it, and it wont start with the afm disconnected, just changed the afm and no difference in the running still in limp mode
Wants plugging seeing what the ECU says
No point chucking bits as it as you still appear to be doing
Last car I looked at like this had a blocked exhaust
For the love of God, please read the rules
