you havent taken the fuel pump relay out have you? if your just running a constant live to the pump then your over fueliing .. easy enough to attach a relay tho just 4 connectors . 1 battery/2 earth /3 to the fuel pump / 4 to the ecu...

I dont fink havin the pump on constantly would make it overfuel as it has a fpr so asoon as it hits 2.5bar it will send the rest of the fuel back to the tank.
Have u had any fault codes come up??
Get someone to listen to the fuel pump wen ur crankin it over to see if its working(should here it buzzing) if not it could be ur fuel pump relay or even the crank sensor.
    Hope this helps

Re: 20XE in 1.0 Corsa; fuelling problem

iam useing the 1.0 12v fule pump i was told that would be ok due to it being a mpi engine

    no fault codes

ive taken the fpr off to look at it. it was a 3 bar one that is on it and looks like some one has pushed the middle bit down on it and the breather bit has a slight crak in it

    could this be my problem

i would try changing the pump mate i fitted a 1.8 eco into a corsa for a mate and had fuel problems changed the pump to a sport pump and problem was done. not too sure about fpr being cracked could be your problem also by leaking presure or letting air in
