i have just brought 16v wiring for my corsa but i have 8v ignition barrrel and the backof my 8 valve ignition has 4 wires but the 16v has i beleive 6 does anybody kno what wires i should wire u to what pins

igot the x30xe engine in a l reg corsa ive changed the wiring loom to 16v wiring now as theu have the same plug as the v6 in the engine bay and the 8v only has 3 wires. so im just down to wiring the dash tothe 3.0 wiring there all colour for colour but i understand but i dnt see where the red wire would go to any help
