Firstly how do you get the injector clips/loom off last time I just pulled them and they broke

Secondly if I dont sort out my missfire soon Im going to fit my Throttle bodies and emerald management but how do you get round the single supply fuel line as there is no return

You either fit a regulator on the pump as vauxhall do, or you get an FPR with both feed and return hoses on it.

I think some Skoda has one, been posted on here somewhere.

Does the tank have return on it that is just blanked off or are all the new vaux engines just supply only and no return

I think the Z18 returns just after the fuel filter (Y piece) from memory. Hence the supply only at the engine.
