Astra G rear discs

I have an Astra G with 4 stud hubs and drums on the rear. I'm going to upgrade the brakes all-round. I'm going to get either some 288mm or 308mm for the front...but i'm stuck with the rear. Would it be easier to buy the whole rear beam and convert to 5 stud? And also, will i need to put any bias valves in or change the master cylinder?

the older astra mk4s the di models have rear discs on and are 4 stud or you could just convert to 5 stud with a full rear beem off a mk5 and front hubs etc

right, i'll get off to the scrap yard tomorrow. I think i'm going to go down the 4 stud route as i don't really want to buy new wheels. are there any problem areas that i need to be aware of?

And also, Do i need to get any bias control valves? or is it the same set-up as the drums?

Milton goughs av gt a astra di in with discs on back all you need is the hubs discs callipers thet hold on with for bolts 16mm I think ul need the handbrake cable cables as well
