    The nipples have tapered ends to math the tapered seat in the caliper.

    It's easy to ruin the seat by drilling.

    Give it a good long soak - at least overnight - with penetrating oil and then use a small eazyout to remove the remains of the nipple. Drilling is dangerous as it can damage the threat and seat - a brake shop may be able to re-cut the seat, but may not and it's more money anyway.
    BTW, surprised you didn't have the nipple unscrewed earlier - before the cleaning and painting.

    i did had it unscrewd. I broke it screwing it in. It worked perfect but i screwd it to hard.
