Rear Disk Conversion Problem

been done on a mk2 Astra

well the problem is now my alloys dont fit. It seems on the disks there raised curve bit like so



and then on my alloys it's just flat like so




do all disks have the curve on? if they do could i just get it machined out?

was thinking about spacers but that wont work as it's a tight fit at the moment.

It seems odd that the wheels wont fot over that small chamfer.

Are the alloys a Vauxhall alloy wheel or something else? What make?

they are TSW alloys
also tried some rover alloys which where a bit better but still not flush to the back
