toad alarm hell!!!! :(

i connected up all the central locking wires perfectly all working off the fob etc and stupidly i decided to cut some wires that i had accidently ran on the out side of a bit of the dashboard and there was a few sparks but nothign major then once i had reconnected all the wires like for like it wouldnt work

i checked with my circuit tester and it seems that the 12+ supply that wires red/black and red/yellow were connected to is dead now and im getting live from the other side of the wire which was redundent all the wires that the pulse wires go to are dead too yet the alarm works fine

also when i turnt he engien off all the locks lock bar the drivers door

im at a loss ive checked and rechecked the wiring and fuses and theres nothing wrong please help
