Omega Sunroof Opens On Its Own Then Closes Again!!!

Hi all iv'e got a mate with a 1998 omega 2.5 elite he's complaining when driving along the sunroof opens on the tilt setting for a few seconds then closes again anyone got any ideas????? his local garage have told him it may be to do with his climate control letting hot air out "sounds like a bit of bulls**t to me" hopefully someone on here will know cheers simon....

Try the sun roof switch for lose connections

i had that on my cavvi, hav u taken the batt off?

i had to disconnect the diagnostic wire n re set it

to reset it turn it to tilt, push n holt the button in. turn it to closed push n hold the button in then twist it to open twist n hold the button it till its all the way open thn flick it back to closed n hold it again. this should cure it

u shouldnt need to disconnect the diagnostic wire i just had it on there to be abit flash!

To reset it all you do is push and hold the button when the sunroof is closed and the ignition on.
