nova c20let alternator info

i know i need the single v pulley but what car did they come off as i have asked my local car shop and they said they need a serial number and amps of it as then they can get me one ive explained to them loads of times but aint getting nowhere with them has anyone by anychance got these details

possibly a 55 amp off a cav gsi /astra gte c20xe (redtop engine)

If youre sturggling to buy a complete alternator, you can usually swap the pullies. When i did mine I used a knackered alternator off a 1.2 dispak 8v corsa and just swapped the pulley onto my xe.

cheers fella didnt think of that i threw a old nova gte alternator out a couple of months ago
