Nova 20xe diagnostic plug

Hi all, would anyone know where on the loom the diagnostic plug would be on my 20xe nova. apparantly the loom came out of an astra gte. what does it look like and where is it near? any ideas?. many thanks

Strong chance it won't be on the loom. Not many people wire in the diagnostics plug when doing the transplants. If it is in there, it'll be wired into the multiplug where the rest of the wires join the Nova car loom. It's a 10-pin rectangular shaped plug.

If you're looking to do the fault code test, find the brown/yellow wire on the ECU loom and connect it to earth, then switch on the ignition and count the flashes of the ECU light.
