| vauxhall corsa b eps help hello there i have just brought a eps (electrical power steering) from net got the full thing its got every thing to trun my corsa b with out the eps to one with only problem i have i i got no idea where the 5 wires that come from the brain box of the eps goes any help plz |

| this is the information i have found out so far of some one putting it in a nova is it the same ?
Right,
I have now got the following answers :
Thick Red -> live feed from battery
Thick Brown -> earth
Black/Green -> EPS dash light....... what dash light?
Green -> engine rpm - feed from coil
Light blue/red -> speed sensor (PROBLEM WIRE) ....... i dont get this as welll
Black -> ignition switched positive
Brown/white -> diagnostic feed........ where abouts on the diagnostic feed blook?
Any help would be appreciated |

| hello to every one that readys this i have got the poer steering to work on my vauxhall corsa 1.4 an its a k reg so if any one wants to put it in there corsa then u can an when yur wiring it up u dont need to wire the eps dash light an the diagnostic wire. but u will have to take your dash out to cut the mealt fram which i did, i cut it with out taking the dash out but when u fit it u need to get a brakit bad so it dont move about thats about it thank u for any one who looks at it :O) jayesh radia |

HIYA i am doin exactly what you are doin and fitting in a corsa b, what did you end up doing with the speed sensor wire? cheers hadley |

the peed sensor wire goes to the back of the dials its a red/blue wire

hiya sori i forgot 2 mention my cars an 8valve with cable driven clocks, am i pretty much buggered in getting this 2 work cheers |
